What is the Cat Cage?
Tier Program

Any CMHS, Bucktail High School and CMMS student is eligible to compete!

 

The Cat Cage is a Shark Tank-inspired student Entrepreneurship Competition.

​

Create a business idea and elevator speech, then compete to win cash prizes.

​

Compete as a group or individual.

​

Final award ceremony to be held at CMHS Auditorium on February 26, 2020.  Parents, sponsors, district employees are invited to attend.

Your Cat Cage idea will be put into a business summary.  Will answer basic questions such as how will you market your idea, what target group will the idea impact, how will you make money.

Join us for a great day at LHU! Lunch will be provided on campus.

Central Mountain High/Middle School Cat Cage Competition

February 26, 2020

3 minute "pitch" presentation + question & answer period with judges.

Dress nice and bring a visual.  Bring additional information if possible (financials, website, prototype)

Date: March 26, 2020

The top 4 teams of Cat Cage will be invited to this event.  Upgrade your Cat Cage pitch, if necessary, for this highly competitive event.  Be prepared for a timed 2 minute presentation + questions & answer period with judges.

Win up to $10,000 for the top 30 teams.

Lunch will be provided on campus.
